Our Philosophy:
The Least Invasive Path
At Paragon Health, our philosophy centers on relieving pain and restoring function through the least invasive methods possible. We believe that surgery should be reserved for only the most exceptional circumstances.
Principles Behind Our Approach
We prioritize conservative care and minimally invasive treatments whenever possible, considering surgery only when necessary. Our team guides patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, with a focus on reducing pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life.
1. Conservative & Holistic Care
For chronic pain and injury recovery, we begin with non-invasive treatments, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and movement-based therapies such as yoga and Pilates to build core strength, improve mobility, and promote stability.
2. Advanced Pain Management
When conservative measures aren't enough, our specialists provide targeted therapies tailored to each patient's condition. We treat a broad spectrum of conditions, from acute trauma and injury to complex chronic conditions such as painful diabetic neuropathy. Treatment options may include trigger point injections and PRP, as well as X-ray-guided epidural and facet joint injections.
3. Minimally Invasive Surgery
When intervention becomes necessary, our focus remains on minimally invasive techniques, including laminotomy, laminectomy, discectomy, and spinal cord stimulation. More extensive procedures, such as disc arthroplasty or spinal fusion, are considered when necessary to provide long-term stability.
